has a direct view of East Grand Traverse Bay. From 4th floor the
view of East Bay is breath taking. This view is enjoyed on a
150 sq.ft. balcony with a rounded end. Suite enjoys a custom kitchen
including; granite countertops, subzero refrigerator, gas
range/oven, microwave, dual drawer dishwasher, coffemaker, and all utensils for meal preparation. This suite is the
only one to offer a dedicated dinning area and is our largest
condominium suite available. Professionally decorated throughout. This suite also has Cable Internet!
Master Bedroom has its own bathroom including dual vanity sinks,
granite countertops, King size bed and a tiled glassed in shower. Master bedroom
also has a walk-in closet. Guest bedroom shares bathroom connected
with suite's main bathroom, has a tub/tiled shower combination, and
has a well eliminated East facing window. Guest bedroom also has a
walk-in closet and a King size bed. This suite also offers a new sofa-sleeper.
Suite enjoys cable Internet, a stackable washer/dryer, air conditioning, gas
fireplace, local phone, flat screen television in the living room and master bedroom. All Peninsula Bay
guests have access to the outside/bayside pool and spa and 330 ft of
sandy shoreline.
