This view can be enjoyed on a 210 sqft semicircle balcony off the master bedroom with sun exposure. Suite enjoys a custom kitchen including; granite countertops, subzero refrigerator, gas range/oven, microwave, and dual drawer dishwasher.

Master Bedroom has its own bathroom including dual vanity sinks, granite countertops, King size bed and a tiled glassed in shower. Master bedroom also has a walk-in closet. Guest bedroom enjoys its own private bathroom with tub/tiled shower combination including vanity with granite countertops. Guest bedroom also has a walk-in closet and Queen size bed. This suite offers an inflatable mattress also.

Suite enjoys an extra half bathroom, stackable washer/dryer, air conditioning, gas fireplace, television and local phone. All Peninsula Bay guests have access to the outside/bayside pool and spa and 330 ft of sandy shoreline.
