There are even more choices to choose from at Peninsula Bay Resort Condominiums then ever before. This new 5 story luxury condominium complex completed in 2006 along East Bay's miracle mile has come along way. Two years ago this spring there were 22 suites to sell - now Peninsula Bay's first phase building is completely sold out - 30 suites total - our company continues to exclusively offer Peninsula Bay with 19 luxury suites. The new suites to soon be displayed for rent are; Suites B51, A41, A40, E25, B21, & C12. Here is how they stack up;
